Program description

In-Line Renewal Solutions LLC operates a customer-care and service SMS program to send text messages to customers who have opted in. Messages are related to the customer's inquiry, order status, service updates, and account information. These may include responses to your questions, order and project follow-ups, scheduling confirmations and reminders, and service updates. This program is a low-volume customer-care program and does not send mass promotional or marketing blasts.

How to opt in

You opt in by submitting the contact form on this website, entering your mobile phone number, and checking the SMS consent checkbox, which states: "I agree to receive SMS text messages from In-Line Renewal Solutions about my inquiry, order status, service, and account updates at the phone number provided. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase." The consent checkbox is not pre-checked. Checking the box is entirely optional and is not required to submit the form or to receive a response from us.

After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation message and you will no longer receive SMS messages from this program. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Opt-in data and consent are handled in line with our Privacy Policy and are not shared with any third parties except the service providers and aggregators that help us deliver the messaging program.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may include major US carriers; availability may vary by carrier.
